Sporting CP will play Eintracht Frankfurt, Spurs and Olympique Marseille

Sporting CP's opponents for the 2022/23 UEFA Champions League Group Stage were drawn on Thursday, at a ceremony held in Istanbul, Turkey - city that will host the final of the competition at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium.

Part of Pot 3, Os Leões were drawn in Group D, where they will face German side Eintracht Frankfurt, current holders of the UEFA Europa League, English team Tottenham Hotspur and French Ligue 1 outfit Olympique de Marseille.

Starting on the week of September 6th and 7th, the UEFA Champions League Group Stage will run for eight weeks, ending on November 2nd. A fixture list will be released by UEFA on Friday.
