Stars donate number 12 shirts

Sporting CP are well and truly in the fight for the Liga NOS crown, with a third consecutive win seeing Sporting net 12 goals in the last three outings. Not only is the calendar heading for the run in for the end of the season, but also for the end of Mission Pavilion.

In a curious coincidence, Sporting's players celebrated their twelfth goal in three matches by donating 50 shirts with the shirt number 12 to Mission Pavilion.

A total of 25 lucky fans claimed a shirt at the end of the match on Monday. The remaining 25 will be donated in Saturday's fixture against Marítimo, in Estádio José Alvalade.
