Sporting athete tallies second medal in Germany

Emanuel Silva scooped the silver medal in the K1 5,000m event at the Duisburg Canoe Sprint World Cup this weekend.

Silva was only beaten to the gold by fellow Portuguese athlete Fernando Pimenta, who finished 0.609 ahead of the Alvalade star.
