Tondela training camp with Alvalade quintet in action

The Portuguese Rugby Federation has announced its squad list for an under-18 training camp taking place this weekend in Tondela.

A total of five Sporting CP athletes feature: Constança Serra, Joana Silvestre, Francisca Baptista, Maria Pedro and Paula Lourenço.

The Portuguese Football Federation has announced its under-18 squad list for a coming encounter with Morocco. Daniel Bragança, Elves Baldé, João Oliveira, Luís Maximiano and Thierry Correia all feature, seeing Alvalade once again dominate the squad.

Sporting CP's under-18, under-17 and under-16 teams are in action in the Aspire  Tri-Series, being hosted in Doha. The Sporting CP youngsters got off to a solid start, winning two and drawing one.

Gonçalo Vieira, Bruno Paz, Pedro Ferreira and João Mendes all to feature for Portugal

A total of four Sporting players will join up with the Portuguese national under-18 team for a coming training camp this month, in preparation for June's Lisbon International Tournament.

The defender Gonçalo Vieira and midfielders Bruno Paz, Pedro Ferreira and João Mendes are the quartet included by coach José Guilherme.
